Additional Information | Tucson Code Chapeter 4 Article IV concerns Fowl, which is defined as all birds. Sections of this article state that no more than 24 birds may be kept within the city limits, any coup or run for housing birds must be a minimum of 50 feet from the residential structures of others and kept clean and sanitary, and specifically prohibits the keeping of any male birds of guinea fowl. Chapter 4, Article I, Section 4-8 prohibits the sale of fowl at swap meets or on public property and also places some specific limits on the sale of chicks and ducklings. |
