TwinsLoveChicks's Flock!

  1. TwinsLoveChicks
This is my flock, through the generations.
These are my first two hens,

    Lucy
    [IMG]
    And River
    [IMG]

Then, always having admired their fluffy head feathers, I decided to introduce some Polish,
    'Cilla(Priscilla) and Omelette

Then, for Valentines Day, I got five chicks.
    Prince,
    [IMG]
    Hummingbird
    [IMG]
    Sunny-Side Up
    [IMG]
    Providence
    [IMG]
    and Black-Eyed Susan
    [IMG]
Then Sunny-Side Up went broody, hatching out six babies. The two that I decided to keep were
    Benni,
    [IMG]
    and Star
    [IMG]
    Benni's children are
    Phoenix,
    [IMG]
    Nina,
    [IMG]
    Belladono,
    [IMG]
    Angel,
    [IMG]
    Frankie,
    [IMG]
    Sparrow,
    [IMG]
    Mikki,
    [IMG]
    Annie,
    [IMG]
    her brother Starlight,
    [IMG]
    Bonni,
    [IMG]
    Lily,
    [IMG]
    Houdini,
    [IMG]
    and Winter,
    [IMG]
with the newest additions to the family being
    Strudel,
    [IMG]
    Crystal Rose,
    [IMG]
    Penny,
    [IMG]
    Peekaboo,
    [IMG]
    and Dove.

    Guess who went broody?
    Sparrow!

Lucy went broody too, and between them eighteen babies hatched out![IMG]
    Molasses
    Elf
    Bello
    Whippoorwill
    Misty
    Prim
    Clover
    Georgette
    Princess
    Duchess
    Dracky
    Wobble
    Pie
    Pumpkin
    Raven
    Fuzzy
    Lady
    Butterfly

Sadly though, Whippoorwill and Pie passed after only a couple days, and about three weeks later,
eight more were killed when a large rat snake pushed through the chicken wire, and then a
week after that Molasses passed away of unknown causes.
So now there is only Raven, Bello, Misty, Prim, Clover, Lady, and Butterfly.
    Here are some pictures.

    Phoenix says hi! [IMG]

    And...
I'm hoping to get some bantams soon,
so there are more on the way! And there is my flock through the
many generations and years. I hope you enjoyed meeting them!

Itty Bitty is now Lady! She'll become Tramp if she's a boy. :)

Eeek! Sparrow has six little fluffy butts in all! I've named them Prim (from The Hunger Games), Bella, Clover, Butterfly, and Misty (A.K.A. Mr. Mustachio). The unnamed one is going by Itty Bitty for now. And Lucy is broody as well and now has two babies of her own! I've named one Pumpkin. I'll try to get some pics up soon. They're so cute that I can't stand it!

Thank you! I don't think that I could forget their names even if I wanted to! (Not that I would.) :)

    WWWW what a sweet story!!
I love the names of your chickens. I name all of our 100 or more chickens.
The names just stay in your head you can't forget once you've named them.
    I hope you win POW

Thank you! I can't wait for Sparrow's eggs to hatch! She's so gentle with her eggs that I'm sure she'll be a good mother.

Lovely flock. I don't nane all of my chickens but give you credit for doing so and remembering all those names.
