Additional Information | 27) Except in properly zoned districts, horses, mules, ponies, donkeys, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens or any animal raised for fur-bearing purposes unless otherwise permitted elsewhere in this Code. If zoned agriculturally or if a nonconforming use permits the harboring of animals such as cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, poultry or rabbits, it is required that no enclosure be within 25 feet of any building used for residence purposes by anyone other than the home owner and be it further required that the enclosure not be within 25 feet of where food is prepared, kept or sold. |
