Additional Information | Chickens must be kept in a coop or a pen, and must be kept 50 feet from any residence (except that of the owner). Inside city limits, they must be 200 feet from any residence. If lot is over 5 acres, 200-foot rule does not apply. There is also a law prohibiting sale, trade, or free giving away of any dyed animal, including chickens. |
