    • Colors- Males can be a rich golden brown to reddish brown head. Hackle, back ans saddle. Breast and body are black with some red. Tail is Black with some brown edges. Female Reddish brown with some black or gray on feathers
    • Comb Type- Medium with five even points, longer in the middle than the ends. Bright Red
    • Skin/Foot Color- Yellow
    • Wattles- Long well-rounded. Bright Red
    • Earlobes- Elongated oval to medium size. Bright Red
    • Clean/Feathered Feet- Clean
    • Number of Toes- 4
    • Other Physical Characteristics-
    • Egg Color- Terra-Cotta, dark to deep reddish brown, moderate layer, large eggs
    • Weight- Cockle 7 lbs, Hen 6 lbs. Bantam- Cockle 34 oz, Hen 30 oz.

    • Cold Hardness- Good
    • Broody/Mothering Ability- may go broody
