Hubby took out the big door and got the studs up.
[IMG][IMG][IMG] And here are his "big" helpers!!! Our children Roseanna and Wesley.
A few days later Hubby got the OSB up and the window in!!! Rain was coming so it need to go up quick.
We got some used tin at my in-laws that is going on the outside and on the inside.

So far we only spent money for 8 studs, everything else we had or was given.!![IMG]

    More coming soon....
[IMG] Got the studs up[IMG] and the tin.
    Almost done!!!
[IMG] The poop door, it's on a pulley system that goes up and over the coop and comes down by the door!![IMG] It pulls down and hooks on the screw, there are old window weights to help with the leverage. I have a brillant Hubby!!!

All finished... working on the roosts.
[IMG] The roosts, they are on hinges from an old gargage door, so they can be raised to clean under.
