I am close to finishing the coop. Some stats, it's 13 foot by 40 foot long with concrete foundations. The roof is metal, and the framing is oak (83 years old now and too solid to drive a nail in with a 16 oz. hammer, it takes an pneumatic nailer, and no more than 3 inch nails, the 3.5 inch won't make it in.) The siding is tongue and groove fir on one side and CAR Siding (pine) on the other side and the ends. One end has a human sized door, and the other has a 9 foot wide opening. Gotta work on that.
