A bleu saumoné cock and hen.  When the Bressan region's Gaulois Doré chickens -- the breed considered to be the closest to the wild Bankiva chickens at the origins of all other chicken breeds in the world -- went almost extinct at the end of WWII,  Jacques Berger came across this new "race" issue from the wild Gaulois' origins and was able to carefully stabilize it.
