I just love Rueben and Ruby! They are the sweetest of all the Orpingtons I own! Rueben is so gentle with his lady and yet he is one of the best breeders that I have. It just goes to prove you can get more results with sweetness than you can with brute force.....LOL Almost every egg that Ruby produces is fertile and hatches. I have produced some of the most gorgeous babies off of these two birds!
Also, they are the biggest of all the birds I have and Rueben is only 1 year old. They don't completely mature until they are around 18 months old.....so the best is yet to come with Rueben!
