Blackstock, My Black Australorp (?) rooster. He lost his tail feathers fighting off a predator that took a couple of my hens a few days earlier. His days may be numbered if he doesn't stop challenging ME though.

This is Chaz. he was supposed to be a pullet (they all were) but somewhere along the line she decided she would rather 'lay' the other hens than lay eggs. He's named after Chaz Bono.

Another one of Braveheart.

Braveheart. this one is almost always the first to try or explore anything new. She also was the first EE I picked. Or rather she picked me, actually hopping up and onto y hand at the feed store where I bought her. That grey patch on her back actually has a greenish hue.
