Firmly work the pipe around the arc. Take your time so it doesnt kink
Here is the hoop house with the ends on. The ends are 1/2 plywood. I screwed the whole sheet to the base once the hoops were on, traced the arc, then took the sheet off and cut it with a jig saw. I eyeballed the door with a circular saw.
