Run fingers and knife around pelvic opening, keeping fingers between the knife and colon...some of these attachments can be pulled loose by hand and some will need to be cut with a knife. Keep your knife close to the pelvic bones.

Turn bird and cut free the skin flap over the abdomen and any remaining attachments around the rectum.

Make sure all attachments along the spine and sides of the pelvis are free.
