This was built quickly, not quite square, not quite level but it's good for now. I've used 1/4 inch welded wire in the windows with fine screen over that. Need to put the shutters on the front. I left it off the ground due to the Hawks we have around they can quickly hide under it. I used white wire closet shelving covered in 1/4 in welded wire to help with cleaning and ventilation. It's 10 ft wide, 4 ft deep and 6 1/2 ft center. The sides will have 2 levels of laying boxes and the perches along the back wall.

Rear shutters just put on, working on the rest of the hardware. Couldn't get much help so a friend stopped by, I let him put up the right side, one board gets off and voila. The opening in the blocks helps with airflow and allows an entry point . I'm going to wrap the back in tar paper, it catches the morning sun which will help heat in winter and help stop the wind from blowing through as it's the only side without a blocker of any kind, trees, house, barn etc.
