I had ducks for 3 years in a deed restricted community in Florida and I never got in trouble? Just get some it will be find. Just plant tall lushes plants in your yard and no one will see them.
If you dont want them in the coop or in the coop house use screen door netting or pool cage netting you can put it on the wire inside the coop or outside the coop. Works like a charm!!!

Well my crazy neighbor across the street from us traps squirrels with a small animal trap cage like a raccoon trap. Then once he gets one he spray paints the end of the tail white then drives them about 6 miles away to a country club golf course. And he never saw a squirrel with white spray...
When I got my 3 mallards they said put water in there for 5 mins. then take it out for 5 mins. Because she/he might get internaly waterloged and might die. But she/he seems find to dont worry that watch. Plus mine where mallards water ducks to that might be they put that on there.
