No not all 3 are this light the other 2 are darker

I bought 6 chicks on July 27th @ Barnstable county fair in MA, 3 of them are RIR, the other 3 are these type. Can anyone help me out with what breed they are? and also if this one is a rooster or how i can tell if they are going to be roosters or hens?
