    Just put 11 Isbar eggs in the incubator. I was to buy a dozen but the hen wouldn't lay that last egg so the lady gave me a dozen Lavender Americana to compensate. Can't wait for them all to hatch.

    Hatch-Along - Setting eggs this weekend (Jan5/6) WHOS WITH ME!

    Yea, I'm leaving the coop light on at night now and they are laying more. Started with 3 them boomed up to 12 per day. Been losing chicks though, some bloody some just die in the egg. I'm going to try and not put water in the incubator and see if that helps, plus get one for hatching only.

    I'm getting 12 eggs a day from my Buff Orpington's and am setting all of them. I'm getting 50% hatch rate. I have one rooster and 17 hens.
