Does anyone know of any website about making chicken stock? I have no earthly idea how to make it and I would like to give it a go.. also what about canning it. I have seen everyone freezing it. any info would be helpful!

I had one of my greys for 5 years until I had her sexed. Which I have always new she was a girl from the time she was a baby. Guess mothers insticts. bahahaa.. and well of course her tail and just average signs of being a girl.

Look at my new babies. Well they are not new they was born march 5th. But they seem to be doing great and growing like weeds. Another litter is due soon! Both turned out to be boys. But both of them are gorgeous! This is the little runt he is so much smaller than his brother.

I have 26 cornish x they will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. and well they only weigh a 1 1/2 lbs is that normal?

Do i let them sit in salt water, or just put them in there. Sorry this is my first time!

tomorrow I am butchering some chickens. I am curious about how to let them sit. Do I put them in the bag and just let them sit in the fridge for 24 hours then freeze them or what?
