    Hi Bobbie! If they grey chicks with the red heads are from my birds - you're going to get great color!! I don't know about other lines, but I've had the most success from this chick down coloring! Good luck!

    We all know I'm terrible for pics, but the roos look just like any other typical color (at least mine do) I have a really cute (white) columbian and already rehomed BC, black mottled, etc....

    Around here, gender doesn't seem to affect the short outer toe genetics (can't remember what Don called it...) Now, if you're talking about BIGGER - my male chicks definitely have more bone than the girls, almost right from the start! Hope that helps!
