    Chick Identification Help Please!

I thought it looked like our Salmon Faverolles when they were chicks but I don’t see any feathers on their feet... We also have a New Hampshire Red Hen that looked a lot like this too. She started out yellow then grew in orange/red feathers. She’s beautiful now! We just weren’t expecting her to...

    Egg two different colors

Idk but that little beauty needs to be displayed!! Blow it and get a little egg stand! That’s awesome! My brown egg layers are getting ready to start laying... I hope we get some of these! 🤗

    Silkie hen has odd tick?

I had a silkie do this exact thing. We almost lost her. I ordered poly-vi-sol WITHOUT IRON (bc I couldn’t find it without iron ANYWHERE) and after one dose with a dropper, she snapped out of it. It’s a vitamin deficiency that causes Wry Neck! Hope this helps. I had tried everything nutri-drench...

My Mille Fleur just started crowing. 😂 It’s so cute... like a little horse crow. He’s only about 7 weeks old.

Anyone know what breed or gender this baby is?

So cute!! How old are they? That breed can be wing sexed. You could look up pics or watch a video on wing sexing?... it’s super simple.

HELP with my unknown Bantam! I’m stumped!

I thought she was an OEGB then noticed her feathered feet, then though maybe Silkie until I noticed her skin color, then a Cochin, then some kind of D’Uccle or Frizzle?.... 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have no idea. She is out of the assorted bantam bin at Rural King. She is 4.5 weeks old. (I think she’s a she) But...

Mille Fleur D'uccle 4 weeks old Roo or pullet?

Help me figure out this chick!!

They’re Mille Fleur D’Uccles!!!! They’re my favorite! So sweet and friendly! I think it may be a roo. Usually at this age, if you can see the comb from a side view of the chick, then it’s a roo.

    Help me name that Bantam!

I don’t think you have any polish. 😔 I’m not seeing the tufts or crest on their heads that they have at birth (hatch). Compare them to pics of polish baby chicks online. Maybe I’m wrong but they don’t look like polish in the pics. If that’s a porcelain D’Uccle, then I envy you!!! Those are so...

    What breeds are these bantams?

Ohhh! You’ve got a Mille Fleur D’uccle!!! Those are my FAVE! 😍 Hope she’s a SHE! Lol! 3 out of 4 of my D’Uccle’s turned out to be Roos. But they’re still so sweet and so pretty!! As far as the others go... the one with the chipmunk stripe looks like my Old English Games when they were babies...
