Mereck's disease possible? Horrid experience with a new chicken a while back. It was supposed to have been vaccinated. Thank God I still had her in my shower staying warm till she matured or I might have contaminated the others.

Definitely hens, all cluck, no crow. They seem their usual selves, love their treats, respond to "hey, chickens" by coming to the side of the coop to await my arrival. I think they are just a tad too young.
