No feathers on their legs as they are dark yellow

They are around 1 and 1/2 yrs old is what i was told but it is cold here in Ohio

Thanks, I actually live just East of Dayton Ohio was thinking of the Rhode Island Reds but after studying them i'm gonna go with Golden Comets and Barred Plymouth Rocks as i think they would get along better in the coop
