I did not find any other critters or any superworms and very few dead ones, far less than the 10% they state they over package to cover for loss. The large size from Rainbow were twice as big as Petsmart's live large worms I got one time.
I just started my meal worm operation this week, I ordered 5000 worms from Rainbow and I'm using an old 29 gallon long aquarium to house them. I saw one beetle already in the batch when they arrived so I am hoping they get into reproduction real soon!

Left one is the normal size egg, about "large" grade, they've been laying for three months and the right one is the jumbo.

Our first egg appeared this morning!!! The RIRs are 22 weeks old but I think one of the 2 Black Beauties laid this one, they are 25 weeks old I think...
The white egg is a store bought large size for comparison.
Soon I will be up to my neck in eggs!!!
