What should my 14 day duck eggs in the incubator look like. The first week I saw the veins in all (I have 7). Im not sure what I’m looking at now. I see the air sac on all but the rest is hard to figure out. I’m using a candler that is on the incubator.

I always think there could be certain circumstances with a mom laying on eggs. Are they always 100% same temp humidity? Probably not. So little hiccups on the way shouldn’t cause a disaster. Just a thought.

I think you need a good roof on your pen to start with. If she is eating and drinking good after she calms down a bit (could even take a few hours) than I would think she is fine. Just my perspective.
