Hello! Looking for any advice on what could be on my roosters comb and any treatment. They are hard bumps in between grooves on my roosters comb. I have tried pulling them out with tweezers but they are rooted in there and I have tried putting iodine on them. Anything would be helpful, thanks!

I don't think it's a prolapse because nothing is hanging out of her vent, but her vent is very big and swollen. I wonder what it could be?
