Hi Backyard subscribes. I’m a novice chicken farmer and owner of 5 birds, however their health is not good. One henpecked bird is losing her feathers all the birds have stopped laying . I’m worried and must face the fact that I need to be more engaged with my birds

my name is Richard, i have 6 hens in a coup, there is a hen house and a space tp run around. It is all ok except for the mud and flies. My wife wants it paved round outsude of the coup , but this is hard because the chicken is relatively low and water runs into it.
