Thank you. I haven’t had any problems with feeding so far, however I have noticed that my bovan hens are eating more and acting less stressed since I only have one rooster now. Still kinda new to the chicken “scene”.

I agree with clucker family. Take your time and once you get to the part of touching his paw with the clippers reward your dog with a jackpot(multiple treats at once). Teach your dog to associate the clippers with a reward and that nothing bad will happen to it.
No. I keep them in the run most of the time unless I’m out doing yard work and then I let them free range. I tried rubbing it a little but not hard. It was soft like the rest of the comb and nothing came off of it.

Hello everyone. A black spot popped up on my rooster and I was wondering if anyone knew what it could be. I was thinking it could be pox, however the spots not scabby and my rooster doesn’t show any other symptoms such as lack of appetite, not drinking water, secretion from the nose or swelled head.
