Im using a Little Giant with a digital thermometer that reads 106 and 48% humidity.

I have a temperature of 106 in the incubator and nomatter how I turn the Knob the temperature does not change. Is there a way that I can lower the Temperature?

I just got Two orders in from mcmurray, one order had about 35 chickens of my choosing in which only abput 25 arrived alive. The other order contained 50 cockerels on which only about 10 survived. What should i do get another batch or get a refund? help im not sure which to choose.

I just recieved my batch of 25 chickens from McMurray today and only 12 of them were alive. The box say they were hatched friday I recieved them Saturday. What do I need to do to get my money back or some more chickens? Do I need to send them pictures?
