    How long can you keep a turkey refrigerated vs. frozen after butchering before cooking? I was told by the processor 7 days…that seems like a long time. This is our first time.

    Well, this turkey is suffering no longer. I thought the infection was getting better, and then a predator ate him. Now we have a new problem to solve! Not the way I thought it would go. Learning new lessons every day. :(
