    Six Hens Lost At Once, First Time Owners

    I would say a fox. I live in Australia and our friends chickens got taken by a fox and were left headless and this is in the suburbs. We had one killed by a fox as well. Sorry for your loss.

    How big is your flock

    We have 4, so not really a flock. Going to get 2 more and that will be it, as our space is too small. However, one day I hope to move to acerage and have lots!

    My nine year old is the Chicken whisperer in our house too! He has quite severe autism, but seems to have a way with our chickens.
