We sell ours 5.50 at market and 4.50 wholesale. But I have seen places sell them for 6.00 plus. We get about 7 dozen a day. Which is about 65% egg to hen ratio. Slowly culling out the ducks who are not laying anymore. Good luck!

I would try and brood them yourself. Muscovy hens are good mothers but I haven't ever seen one take any in. In fact I have seen male muscovies trample babies just to mate with the mother.

Nice work! They look about 3.5 lbs. live weight. I can tell you this, when I process cornish game hens they are 3 lbs. live weight and come out right at 2 lbs. I would wait until they are about 5lb. to 5.5lbs. live weight if you are doing it for markets or wholesale. If they are for you then...
