    Thank you for explaining that to me. That's great. I was wondering what type of chicken she was for awhile. My husband kept asking if she was a raven and not a chicken haha. Reading about the black Sumatra breed explains it.

    I will bring her outside in the morning and leave her out in the coop then. She doesn't seem to love being inside anyways. The roosts are about 1.5 feet from tbe bottom of the coop.
