I guess when I say her vent looked OK I mean it wasn't bleeding or messy or red....but it had intestine hanging out of it then she got her foot caught in it. She had no other open area or wound.

It was intestine. Her vent looked normal but over the last 7 months or so she has had what I would describe as pasty butt. She didn't have it as a chick but I'd have to clean her up every couple of weeks because of an adult pasty butt. She didn't have problems with it over the last 2 months so I...

I think it was more prolapse than attack. There were no signs of attack. But I just wondered why it would spontaneously prolapse? 🤔☹

I wondered if the 2 problems were related too. 🤔☹
