Any more updates? It sounds almost the EXACT same scenario with our 9 week old hen. And what I’ve been trying to do. I just got the miconazole cream today. How did you get it in her? A syringe? Forcing her mouth open?

Hello! I have a 9 week old chick with sour crop. I read here that you can treat with Monostat suppository as long as it doesn’t have propylene glycol in it. The person said they cut it up into 3rds and force fed it.

How exactly did you force feed these cut up suppositories? I have given vegetable oil in a syringe and had to force feed that, and it wasn’t easy!! Please, any help would be appreciated! I don’t know how long our hen has to live.
