    This does look different to the caecal poops I usually see From the other chooks (pic attached) and I haven’t seen her pass any normal looking ones.

    The Silkies are new and around 20weeks so haven’t started laying yet. We tried giving Greek yoghurt after the cocci treatment and have added garlic to food to try to boost their immunity. I was planning to add some Apple cider vinegar to the water this week to see if it helped.

    Thanks for this, we administered in drinking water as per the dosage on the bottle but it didn’t say to repeat it. Well noted for next time!! We will give the next dosage orally in 7 days. In the meantime I am worried if there is a blockage of dead worms would that be causing the yellow liquid...

    Any advice to help please!! We’ve recently added 2 young Silkies to our flock. We quarantined them for 2 weeks, wormed with Kilverm and dusted for lice etc before integrating with our 3 older hens. Within a few weeks one started to lose weight and look sickly and was passing yellow liquid foamy...
