Thanks for the suggestion, she is comfortable now. pillow case over the bottom half of a cat carrier did the trick. She is enjoying the watermelon and egg mostly. Not wanting to drink water tho. I'll keep you posted.
I have felt the area around her "fluffy bum" and yes it does appear bigger than the other hens. What does this mean?? She tried to walk again and looked like she was walking very close to the ground then sat straight down again. Our poor girl, I hope we can make her better ;-\

Thx, I believe she can see ok as she was pecking small bit of food I was hand feeding. What else should I be checking? i'm at a loss as to what else to do for her.
