Thank you for checking back. The vet said that she contracted some corona virus that affects causes kidney concentrate. The virus causes bacteria infection that causes the abnormal egg. He prescribed antibiotics and said she would recover. I fed her the pill and we will how it goes tomorrow. She...

Thanks for your reply. She has been healthy all the time. All of a sudden she laid an abnormal egg and now she is in really bad shape. I will bring her to the vet later today.

The 'egg' is fluid filled. I disposed it so I could not get a picture. My baby now looks really sick. She has watery droppings and does not eat or drink. :(

It is not solid. It is soft with some yolk inside. Feel like a membrane. She is not well today. Refuse to drink or eat. I plan to see the vet tomorrow.

Thank you so much for your reply. She passed some membrane finally but still look exhausted. I posted follow up pictures of her and the membrane in this thread. She fell asleep and refused to drink. Hope tomorrow she will come back as a new hen. :(
