Thank you. I did not give up on them. I brought them inside and none of them were moving when I checked them via candlelight. I did check 8 hours later very quickly and 5 or 6 were moving but slowly. May just be due to their size and ready to hatch. 1 has started piping. I may not be able to...
Yes. 1 hatched and she got up and never went back to lay on them. I brought them inside and put them in the incubator. There is 1 piping right now. I’m not sure how many will live, but at least I know 1 is going to make it.
I have a question. Our hen is broody. 1 chick hatched and she left the rest of them. I went out to the coop because I had been gone for about 24 to 28 hours. Eggs are cold. I brought them in and put in incubator. Is there a chance any of them can make it?
She seems to be doing better today. I already gave her another dose of the B complex. She is drinking a lot of water, and wanting to stay in her pool that I desperately need to clean out. I have not had a chance to upload the video app so I cant video her, but I took some pictures a bit ago. She...
THANK YOU!! She loves the water and splashes around etc. I gave her the b complex when I got home. I have also started her on the correct feed. Thank you so much for everything and I will update you all tomorrow.
We have always had chickens. She was given to us when she was a couple of months old. She walked on top of her feet, but we thought it was because she had a larger body and smaller feet. I know that sounds dumb now looking back, but it is what it is. Like I said, I have only had chickens and do...
Ok. I have chickens as well. That’s why I give them that. Tell me exactly what to feed my chickens if you don’t mind. We don’t raise our chickens or our duck to eat them. They are our pets and I need to know what to feed them. Thanks for your honesty.
That link is amazing!! I am on my way to tractor supply. I would rather give it to her SQ or IM since she isn’t eating. Or should I just put it in her water? I just need to do whatever is the quickest way to get it into her system.
He is aware of his surroundings. Doesn’t seem to be having trouble breathing. He just can’t walk. His legs go behind his body and he spreads his wings out to try to move forward.
