    no i didnt candle them, wanted to leave her alone with them to keep them as warm as possible, prob a bit late now but I was thinking about it just to see if there were any internal pips

    same here with the weather, im in the middle of the u.k. its been really warm for the time of year up till the time she started sitting! if it does drop colder when they are due to hatch I think I will put them in the garage with heat lamp, not sure Mrs Chick will be very impressed though!!

    When Should I Out My Ducklings Outside

    I have 2 runner ducklings I hatched, they are now 2 weeks old, when is a good time to start putting them outside? I thought maybe start putting them out in the day and bringing them in at night? or is 2 weeks too early? any advice taken as this is my first time at hatching eggs:)

    His legs look the same as the others, I think I will wait another day and see what he is like tomorrow, then maybe give him a little swim. Thanks for the advice, I will update tomorrow with his progress.

    Hi, i have had chickens for about 3 and a half years now, we only have 3 bantams and we also have 3 runner ducks and 2 springer spaniels, they all get on really well.
