    My duck wants to sit down all the time -- is he ill?

    My male mallard is one of five in my flock. He can walk and keeps up with the rest of the ducks but then sits down immediately while the others continue to waddle about. He looks healthy and doesn't seem to be in pain but it doesn't seem quite right. Any thoughts?
