So leave the Turner on? N the chicks that r hatching will be ok??, now. How long to leave the in after they hatch?? 24hrs??

I have chicken eggs About to hatch in day or so. When they hatch I turn off Turner. Right?? But I still have 40 more eggs in the incaberter that not ready to hatch what to do?

I have Americana Rooster in with my Hyline brown Hen and the first baby was Hatched..what kind of baby chick would it be? Attached I sent a picture of the Hen the Roosters and the Baby Chick

When I put the feed into the feeders some will go all the way around but then the feed will start gettig under the chain cause the chain to lift? I know its not to much feed because this feeder should hold up to 2000LBS and we are only feeding the chickens 750LBS...any ideal why this would be...
