I also used zip ties and people told me they would ware out in the sun, I am going back and stringing some easybend wire to hold the roof together! I know the tarp will also wear out, I will just replace when needed. Here is a pic of my terrible looking coop but the Hens love it!

I put my 2- 7 Weeks old mallards outside in their pen today, they were out growing the brooder., They have been playin in the water tub and enjoying their new abode!

Here is ours when we got them. and some of the now at pics of them outside at 6.5-7 weeks old., the have grown. and some of our ducks which are growing superfast.

I actually planted some Beans around the edge of the coop/run, figured they could munch on them if they want to., Mine love greens and maters..

Hi all, I'm been reading the forum for awhile, but just signed up. My birds are about 8 weeks old, just put them outside in their main coop/runner and they love it, removed the heat light and started giving them Scratch corn, I still have some chic starter left I am feeding to the ducklings...
