Knock on wood, all is well!!

Need feedback ASAP! I don't know what the right treatment would be. I have her in the tub right now, massaging her. Would that help? Also, yesterday I made her a food paste with chicken food, hot water, and oil.

QUESTION- My 3yr old Barred Rock hen is having problems. About 1 week she has been to weak to jump up into her coop at night. I find her in the dirt trying to get warm. I have also noticed a couple other things-
Her rump seems swollen, she has barely pooped, hasn't laid any eggs. I check her and it doesn't seem that she is eggbound. She is getting over a respiratory infection which I treated for 7 days with antibiotic. She seems to be getting weaker. HELP.....
