YES! MARAN. Yeah I'm looking to get one Maran hen/pullet just to have a mix of colored eggs. I have white, brown and blueish green and wanting to add red to the mix. DesertSprings, where do you live? Hi, I'm sort of new here. I live near Layton, UT by HAFB and I'm wondering if there is a place or someone nearby that would process my chickens. I don't have a lot. About 5 per month or so. I live in Clearfield, Utah and my neighbours has hen's too. I called the city office and they said that I'm not allowed to have any chickens. How do I petition to be allowed to do so? I'm only planning on getting at most 3 hen's and no roosters. Don't see a problem here.- merfolk
