Are you able to gently open the lids to see if its a local infection or did the vet look? Mine got a white/yellowish lump rather than pus that we would have.a local antibiotic to the eye only won't help if she does have a respiratory infection underlying it but she does sound well.is she rubbing...

Respiratory infections can give them bubbles in the eyes which can become secondarily infected (eg mycoplasma. )Is she sneezing or coughing at all?might still seem well otherwise as can vary in severity. Hope she gets well soon
