Any idea what should be done about the hen with eye problem and the bully hen??

One of my hens seems to have bubbles comming from one eye.it is not swolen. I also have an older hen who is a bit of an agressive brute.any suggestions on this would be most welcome.

I'm sorry to tell all of you Chicken Little has passed away. She was in her big coop when a dog got in and killed her.she was my favorite.I have planted a rhododendron over her grave. She will always be in the sun now as her grave is in alignment with the path of the sun in the yard.
