My chicks are 3 weeks old. At a week old, they started to get pasty butt. After a good cleanup, I started putting AVC with the mother in their water, and they haven't had it since. I also moved up my heat lamp as I read over heating can cause pasty butt. I also use medicated chick starter feed.

Final update on me as well. It's been a while since I posted. My EE finally laid her first egg yesterday, a pretty mint green, and it was perfect! She just turned 9 months old on Wednesday!
