Yes, Jason mentioned the chicks. How many eggs did you order? I might be interested in a few, I'll know for sure in the spring. We plan on expanding our coop, but I want it to be warm enough out for a hen to take care of the chicks. I'm done with chickens in the house

I had a 13 week light brahma roo that was mating with my hens. He was the only roo and the eggs were fertile.

I got my first EE egg today. Is this a green egg or a blue egg?

I have 2 and only one is laying. She started last week at almost 23 weeks.

The light brahma is about 3 months old. I bought it 7-19 and it was about a week old then. It's had the bright red comb and wattles for well over a month now. The tail feathers are longer then the rest and curl over, which is when I pretty much decided it had to be a roo.
