On broken leg- vet concerned delicate blood vessels may not supply foot with circulation. Anyone have a hen w/broken leg recover?

1 yr old hen broken leg. X-ray/set/stinted today. Albon for an antibiotic.Eating,drinking,pooping ok. Concern is the Albon side effects?
