Anyone from my neighborhood on this site? I live in on the west edge of Southwood in Torrance, and am keenly interested in raising chickens in my yard. So, I'm wondering if any of my immediate neighbors are of the same mind as I. Ned (if you are a neighbor close by you probably already know me).
