  • I have 1 hatched duckling doing great and one that I has tne yoke sack still attached. Idk what to do to help the little baby. I put the duck back in the incubator in a bowl and hopefully it will finish absorbing and it will be okay. I welcome all advise
Well since my last post I have 2 eggs that have pipped. I'm thinking the rest of them will just wait a few more days. The 2 that have pipped are working on about the 30 hour mark. One looks like it's try to zip, and the other one looks like it pipped the wrong side of the egg. I'm not sure if I need to assist.
I have a question I hope someone can help with. I had hatching eggs shipped to me. Do I start counting my incubation count from 24 hours after they were places in the incubator or from when they were laid?

Day 1 of putting your eggs in the incubator is actually a day after putting them in. Usually, the first day is day 0. The incubation process does not start until the eggs have been in the incubator...
